Tracy Allen is beginning his 28th year in education and his 13th year as principal at Sylvan Hills High School. This will be his 16th year as a high school principal having served in that position at North Little Rock High School before transitioning to Sylvan Hills. He has overseen a $65M capital campaign that generated improvements throughout the Sylvan Hills High School campus to include a new classroom building, performing arts center, indoor practice facility, and a multipurpose arena. Later this school year, Sylvan Hills High School will once again be receiving a facelift as its current band complex will be expanded to house its growing student population. Sylvan Hills High School is one of the fastest-growing schools in the state, having doubled its enrollment over the past 10 years.

Assistant Principal: Kelly DeVun
Ms. Kelly DeVun is beginning her 28th year in education. She has previously served 3 years as an assistant principal at Pine Forest Elementary School as well as an assistant principal at Maumelle Middle School. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in English and social studies, a Master's degree in Social Agency Counseling, and certification in Educational Leadership. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and traveling.
Assistant Principal: Charlotte Wallace
Ms. Charlotte Wallace is beginning her 26th year in education. She has served the last 10 years as an assistant principal at Sylvan Hills High School. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Assistant Principal: Chris Sierra
Mr. Sierra has over 21 years of education experience, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Masters' degree in Educational Leadership, and a Specialists' degree in Educational Leadership. He is married to Georgette Sierra, an PCSSD District AVID Coach. They have three children, one is a Sylvan Hills High graduate and two who attend Sylvan Hills Feeder Schools.
Assistant Principal: Timothy Hopson
Mr. Hopson has 31 years of continuous dedicated service in the educational field. He has a B.B.A from Southern Arkansas University and a M.S.E. in Educational Business Marketing, and Administration from UCA.
