Dr. E. Lisa Watson has been in PCSSD for 36 years. She was a special education and social studies teacher before becoming an administrator. She served as an assistant principal at Sylvan Hills Middle school for 3 years, principal at College Station Elementary School for 9 years, and is currently the proud Instructional Leader of Mills Middle School for the last 6 years. She is the proud wife of Mr. Daron Watson Sr. and has two adult children, Daron Jr. and Alicya Watson.

Assistant Principal (Interim): Roy Jackson
Mr. Jackson is beginning his 25th year in education. He holds a Bachelor's' Degree in Special Education, a Master's' Degree Special Education, and a Specialists' Degree in Educational Leadership. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and traveling.
Assistant Principal (Part Time): Mary Carolyn Bailey
Mary Carolyn Bailey began her educational career with PCSSD in 1989 at Sylvan Hills Middle School before moving to Mississippi where she taught for 8 years. After returning to PCSSD in 2001, Mrs. Bailey taught at Fuller (Mills) Middle School for six years. In 2007, Mrs. Bailey moved to Robinson High School where she served as Assistant Principal for 5 years and Principal for 8 years. The past 3 years, Mrs. Bailey has worked at the Central office where she supported the district’s Special Education and reading Initiatives. Mrs. Bailey has been married to her husband, Richard for 17 years and has three sons and one grandson that she absolutely adores. She looks forward to beginning her 24th year with PCSSD and her 33rd year in education serving as an Assistant Principal at Mills Middle and High Schools. Go Comets!
